Our apartments offer an independent living experience for students who graduated from high school two or more years prior to the start of the academic year. Campus houses and apartments (CHA) are furnished and accommodate two or more residents, depending on the size.

All utilities are incorporated into the room rate, including electricity, heat, water/sewer/garbage, and internet access.
- App-operated laundry facilities are located in each building or a building nearby. The Wesley Apartments have in-unit laundry (no app needed).
- Each unit includes a kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own food, if you choose. Meal plans may be purchased for when you don’t.
- You are provided with an extra-long twin bed, 梳妆台, desk and 椅子; items shared with roommate(s) include sofa, 椅子, 餐桌, 和椅子.
便利, these residences provide many opportunities for involvement in the larger campus community. They are also overseen by professional and resident-advisor staff. 活动 are planned for you to interact with neighbors, including dinner parties, 研究了, 烧烤, 和更多的. These residences remain open during Christmas and Spring breaks.
